Terms of use of the content of corporate web pages of DUKAT d.d. at the address www.dukat.hr
Web page www.dukat.hr (hereinafter: web location) has been
launched and edited by DUKAT d.d., Zagreb, Marijan Čavića 9
(hereinafter: DUKAT).
Upon the first use of the web location we shall deem you fully
acquainted with these Terms, they are clear to you and you accept
them. If you do not agree with them, please do not access or use
the site. If you have any questions or concerns related to the

Permitted use

the examination of other materials and contents of this site are
permitted only for personal use. It is prohibited to publicly

automatically agree to grant (or guarantee that the owner of
materials has expressly allowed) DUKAT irrevocable, permanent and
exclusive right and permission to use, adapt and change, integrate
into other works, translations and publication, to transmit and
distribute worldwide the aforementioned materials in any way and
via all present and future media, for any purpose and free of
charge. The terms of this paragraph shall be valid even after the
termination of this Agreement.

vested in DUKAT, or granted to DUKAT and owned by third parties.
DUKAT also holds the copyright to edit, select and align the
