Podravec is a unique semi-hard fat cheese made of cow's milk and developed in Bjelovar Sirela over thirty years ago.
Being a kind of synonym for semi-hard Croatian cheeses, Podravec
is very yellow, with evenly distributed, medium-sized holes. It has
a slightly sour taste and as the time passes, it gets a sweetish
flavour. There is no rind and it can be easily cut.
Sirela's Podravec premium is cut into thin slices for easier
enjoyment of this delicious cheese.
A modern packaging technology keeps it fresh longer, preserves
the taste and smell of the cheese, and protects it from external
influences. Most importantly, this packaging can be repeatedly
opened and closed, which will surely cheer up gourmands who often
