Dimsi – pride of Croatian cheese production

Dimsi is a popular semi-hard smoked cheese made of cow's milk to the original recipe of traditional smoked cheeses from the Bjelovar region.

It is enriched with the natural aroma of the beech smoke giving it a specific flavour and an attractive golden-yellow colour. Cheese body is elastic cheese, dotted with numerous evenly spread holes along the entire cheese slice profile.

Sirela Dimsi premium is cut into thin slices to make the enjoyment of this delicious cheese easier.

A modern packaging technology keeps it fresher longer, preserves the taste and smell of cheese, and protects it from external influences. Most importantly, this packaging can be repeatedly opened and closed, which will surely cheer up gourmets who often like to reach for their favourite slice of cheese.

Dimsi is available in packages of 250 g, 400 g and 2 kg, while Dimsi premium is available in a 200 g pack.
