Bjelovarski salty cheese is a soft, full-fat white cheese with sourish and distinctive aroma.
Since it has quite a salty taste, it goes excellently with
quality wines or a plate of dried meat products. It has a solid
structure and drained of brine.
It is prepared by applying modern treatment procedures based on
the recipe for original Balkan white cheeses.
Bjelovarski salty cheese is available in a 500 g package.
