health merits. Président fresh goat cheese has a distinct,
extremely white colour, somewhat sharp taste, fragile creamy
structure and it is moderately salty. When crumbled, it will
perfectly fit into different fresh salads, as a part of cheese
platter, or slowly melted on the bread.
It agrees splendidly with champagne and white wines, such as
White Pinot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Malvasia.
