Baked vegetables with grits and cream

This simple recipe is an excellent choice as a side dish, but thanks to the high nutritional value, with a little imagination and a glass of fine wine it can easily be transformed into a standalone meal. Bon appetit!
  1. Boil 500 g of fresh mixed vegetables of your choice (carrots, broccoli, peas, cauliflower, sweet corn, Brussels sprouts) in the salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Warm 200 g of Dukat Brzo & Fino Cooking cream and add 50 g of white wheat grits and 100 g of grated Gauda cheese.
  3. Put drained vegetables into a Pyrex dish, season with salt and pepper and pour over the cream and grits sauce.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes in a preheated oven at 200º C.
  5. Serve hot.
