Dukat, Rene Bakalović and chef Stefan Cosattini present prime quality Italian Galbani cheeses

Dukat has presented prime quality Italian cheeses Santa Lucia Mozzarella, Galbani Gorgonzola Eccellenza and Parmigiano Reggiano, while Stefan Cosattini, a renowned chef, prepared some gourmet delicacies at a vibrant cooking event featuring presentation of Galbani cheeses.
Prime quality Italian Galbani cheeses presented

Yesterday at a luxury Spoon restaurant leading dairy industry Dukat presented prime quality Italian Galbani cheeses - Santa Lucia Mozzarell, Galbani Gorgonzola Eccellenza and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Galbani cheeses which taste and smell deliciously were showcased by gastronomy expert Rene Bakalović and Italian chef Stefano Cosattini. Rene Bakalović pointed out that popular Italian Galbani cheeses - Mozzarella, Gorgonzola and Parmigiano Reggiano - have become famous thanks to the Italian and Mediterranean cuisine favourite worldwide.

All the best pizzas are topped with mozzarella and it is ideal for fresh Mediterranean salads. Another famous Italian cheese is Gorgonzola cheese which is marbled with blue mould. It is an ideal addition to various sauces and has a wonderfully pungent flavour. Parmigiano Reggiano (aka Parmesan) makes a great accompaniment for red wine and an ideal addition to different Italian and Mediterranean dishes.
Although gastronomy is a matter of taste, Rene Bakalović points out that haute cuisine is unthinkable without prime quality cheese which has a fuller flavour when paired with fine wine. The selection of Italian fine wines accompanied the Galbani cheeses and added to the gastronomic pleasure experienced at the Spoon restaurant.

Apart from cheeses the guests were delighted to find that there was a special surprise for them, some gourmet delicacies prepared by chef Stefan Cosattini who used the cheeses that were presented at the cooking event. Stefano Cosattini pointed out that Italians were famous cheese buffs and that he was glad that cheese offer was wider and that the culture of eating and enjoying prime quality cheeses was being promoted in Croatia.
